RREV BRP · Basecamp Referral Program

Know someone who should have an RREV?

Make the introduction. They configure their own RREV rig and buy directly from us. When an eligible referral's non-refundable deposit is confirmed, you earn a referral reward.

Up to$10,000per rig

Rewards where available. Terms apply.

How it works

  1. 01

    Apply

    Read the agreement and apply. We read every application.

  2. 02

    Get approved and verified

    Approved Basecampers get a sign-in link and a quick ID check. Then your referral link goes live.

  3. 03

    Make the introduction

    Share your link. The people you introduce configure their own RREV rig and buy directly from RREV.

  4. 04

    Earn a referral reward

    For each eligible referral, paid within 30 days of the buyer’s non-refundable deposit being confirmed, where rewards are available.

For businesses and dealers

Introduce your customers. Hold nothing.

Your customers already ask you what to tow and where to go. Make the introduction with your link. They configure and buy directly from us, and we build and deliver. You hold no inventory, take no part in the purchase, and earn a referral reward for each eligible referral where rewards are available. If you own an RREV, you can choose to let people see it in person.

  • No inventory, no cost

    Joining is free. Nothing to buy, stock or finance.

  • RREV handles the sale

    Pricing, quotes, agreements, payments and delivery are all RREV’s. You never negotiate.

  • Your team, your link

    Invite up to 10 people to your Basecamp. Every referral credited to you shows there.

  • Optional: show your rig

    If you own an RREV, we can list you as a place to see that model in person.

Rewards

A fixed reward for each eligible referral.

A fixed referral reward per rig, set by model and paid within 30 days of the buyer's non-refundable deposit being confirmed, where rewards are available. Approved Basecampers see the full reward schedule on their Basecamp page.

The short version

Read the full agreement
  • Basecampers make the introduction. The buyer configures, buys and deals only with RREV; you take no part in the purchase.
  • You are an RREV Basecamper, not RREV’s dealer, agent or representative, and you can’t sell or offer RREV products.
  • A buyer is credited to the first Basecamper link they open, for 90 days.
  • One fixed referral reward per eligible rig, paid within 30 days of the non-refundable deposit being confirmed. Rewards are enabled state by state and are off until enabled for you.
  • No reward for buyers already in touch with RREV, for your own purchase, or for your household or team.
  • Only RREV discusses prices, options and delivery. Basecampers never offer discounts or share their reward.
  • Always disclose that you may be paid when you share your link.
  • Rewards are paid by wire only, to a bank account in your legal name, and reported on a 1099. We need your W-9 first.
  • Being a Basecamper isn’t permanent: RREV may end the agreement, or the program, at any time.

Basecampers

The first Basecampers are being chosen now. Yours could be the first one listed here.

Apply

Make the introduction.

Basecamper accounts are by invitation. After you confirm your email, we review your application. Approved Basecampers get a sign-in link, complete a quick ID check, and then see their referral link, the referrals credited to them, the reward schedule and every reward on their Basecamp page.

The agreement (Rev D)

RREV Basecamp Referral Program (BRP) Agreement

Rev D · 2026-10-15

This RREV Basecamp Referral Program ("BRP") Agreement ("Agreement") is between:

  • Roam Resilient Expedition Vehicles Inc., doing business as RREV ("RREV", "we", "us"); and
  • the individual or business named in the approved Basecamp application ("Basecamp", "you").

Acceptance and approval

  • You accept this Agreement electronically when you apply.
  • Applying is not approval.
  • The Agreement starts only when RREV approves your application (the "Effective Date").

1. The program

1.1 What the program is. The RREV Basecamp Referral Program ("BRP", also "RREV Basecamps") is a referral program. You share a unique referral link with people who may want an RREV. The person who opens it does three things themselves:

  • visits RREV's website on their own;
  • configures their rig;
  • buys directly from RREV.

1.2 The purchaser deals only with RREV. Your part ends with the introduction. You do not:

  • represent the purchaser or RREV;
  • discuss or agree purchase terms;
  • handle any payment;
  • sign anything;
  • have authority to bind either the purchaser or RREV.

1.3 The referral reward. RREV may pay you a fixed referral reward for a qualifying introduction once the purchaser's non-refundable deposit is confirmed, under this Agreement and the law.

  • The reward is for the introduction only.
  • It does not make you RREV's agent, representative, employee or franchisee.
  • It does not give you any right to sell or offer RREV products.

1.4 Free to join. The program costs nothing to join. You never have to buy, stock or finance anything to take part or to be paid. There are no fees, quotas or minimums.

1.5 Not exclusive. There is no exclusive area. RREV may approve other Basecamps anywhere and may sell to anyone, including people near you, without paying you a reward.

1.6 Not permanent. Being a Basecamp is not a permanent arrangement and gives you no right to stay in the program. RREV may end this Agreement, or the whole program, at any time (Section 15).

2. Approval and eligibility

2.1 Who may apply. Joining is by application, and RREV decides each one. Basecamps may be:

  • RREV owners;
  • outfitters, guides, shops and rental operators;
  • dealers;
  • anyone else RREV considers a good fit.

You must be 18 or older, or a business represented by someone authorized to act for it.

2.2 Where rewards are available. Referral rewards are available only where RREV has enabled them for you. RREV records this in Schedule A, before the referral happens, for:

  • your location; and
  • the purchaser's location.

Rewards are off until RREV enables them. A referral made while rewards were off never becomes payable later.

2.3 No unlawful rewards. RREV will not pay a reward where doing so may break the law. RREV may enable, limit or stop rewards for any state, type of Basecamp or model at any time.

2.4 Your statements to RREV. You confirm that:

  • your application information is accurate;
  • you are free to take part;
  • you are not subject to any order or sanction that affects your participation.

You will tell RREV within two business days if any of this changes, or if any government agency contacts you about RREV or the program.

3. What you may and may not do

3.1 What you may do:

  • share your referral link;
  • point people to rrev.shop;
  • talk about your own genuine experience with RREV;
  • post truthful content using RREV-approved materials;
  • show an RREV rig you own (Section 12).

3.2 What you must not do:

  • (a) Describe yourself as RREV's dealer, agent, representative or salesperson. Your title is "RREV Basecamp".
  • (b) Quote or discuss prices, discounts, trade-ins, financing, delivery dates, specifications, capabilities or warranty terms beyond what RREV publishes. For those, send people to RREV.
  • (c) Take orders, deposits, payments, paperwork or signatures, or sign anything for RREV.
  • (d) Give or promise a purchaser any rebate, gift, payment or share of your reward.
  • (e) Charge a purchaser anything for the introduction.
  • (f) Use others to refer on your behalf, or pay anyone for referrals.

4. The purchaser and the build

4.1 The order belongs to the purchaser. The purchaser owns their account, configuration and order.

4.2 A referral is only a record. It records who made the introduction. It gives you no rights in the purchaser's build, agreement, deposit, vehicle or future business, and no rights against the purchaser.

4.3 RREV handles the sale. RREV alone handles pricing, accepting orders, agreements, payments, building and delivery. RREV may decline any order.

5. How referrals are credited

5.1 Your link. Your link is https://rrev.shop/with/[your-basecamp-name].

5.2 First link, 90 days. A purchaser is credited to the first active Basecamp link they open, for 90 days from that opening. Opening another Basecamp's link later doesn't change this.

5.3 The build must be submitted in time. The purchaser must submit their build within the 90 days. A build submitted in time stays credited even if its deposit is confirmed afterwards.

5.4 Existing contacts don't count. No credit is given for a purchaser who was already in touch with RREV before opening your link, for example through an earlier enquiry, lead or build. The only exception is one RREV approves in writing beforehand.

5.5 Corrections. If a purchaser opened your link on one device and ordered on another, ask RREV within 30 days of the build being submitted. RREV may correct the credit where its records support it, and records each correction with its evidence.

5.6 RREV's records decide. RREV's records of link openings, credits and deposits decide, unless they contain an obvious error. After reconsideration under Section 16, RREV's decision is final.

6. When a reward is earned

At most one reward is earned per rig, and only when all of these are true:

  • (a) rewards were enabled for you and for the purchaser's location before the referral (Schedule A);
  • (b) the purchaser is credited to you under Section 5;
  • (c) the purchaser placed a genuine order, and RREV accepted it;
  • (d) RREV has received, cleared and confirmed the purchaser's initial non-refundable deposit;
  • (e) the law permits the payment;
  • (f) the referral isn't excluded under Section 7;
  • (g) you were not in material breach of this Agreement.

A refundable pre-order deposit doesn't count until it is applied to the non-refundable deposit.

When all of these are met (the "Deposit Confirmation"), RREV records the reward and notifies you.

7. Excluded referrals

7.1 No reward for these:

  • your own purchase;
  • a purchase by your household, your employees or team, an entity you control, or anyone buying for you;
  • a purchase by an RREV employee or their household;
  • a purchaser already in touch with RREV (5.4);
  • a duplicate or self-generated referral;
  • any referral involving fraud (Section 8) or a breach of Section 3 or Section 10.

7.2 Disclose relationships. You must tell RREV about any personal, family, financial or business relationship with a purchaser you refer.

7.3 Reasons for ineligibility. When RREV decides a credited purchase isn't eligible, it gives you a specific, documented reason. You may ask for reconsideration under Section 16.

8. Fraud

8.1 What counts as fraud. Each of the following is fraud under this Agreement, whether done by you, your team, or anyone acting with you or for you:

  • (a) Fake buyers. Submitting, or causing someone to submit, an order or deposit that isn't a genuine purchase by an independent purchaser. This includes:
    • straw buyers;
    • purchasers who are paid, reimbursed or promised something to order;
    • orders placed only to trigger a reward.
  • (b) Hidden self-referral. Buying through your own link, or having your household, team, company or anyone acting for you do so, without disclosing it.
  • (c) Manipulated credit. Any of these:
    • placing your link or cookie on someone's device without their knowledge (hidden links, pop-ups, auto-redirects, "cookie stuffing");
    • using bots or fake traffic;
    • hijacking other Basecamps' or RREV's referrals.
  • (d) Claiming existing contacts. Steering a purchaser who was already in touch with RREV through your link, or asking a purchaser to reopen it, to claim a reward you didn't earn.
  • (e) Kickbacks. Sharing or promising any part of a reward, or anything else of value, to a purchaser or anyone else in connection with a purchase.
  • (f) False information to RREV. Giving RREV false or misleading information about:
    • your identity or location;
    • your relationship with a purchaser;
    • your tax or payment details;
    • anything else that affects approval, credit or payment.
  • (g) False promises to purchasers. Persuading anyone to buy with false statements about price, discounts, delivery, specifications, warranty or your relationship with RREV.
  • (h) Bad payments. Involvement in a deposit paid with stolen, unauthorized or reversed funds.
  • (i) Getting around the rules. Using several accounts, another person's identity, or another Basecamp to avoid this Agreement.

8.2 Consequences. If RREV reasonably decides, on documented evidence, that fraud occurred:

  • (a) no reward is paid on any affected referral, and RREV may hold all pending rewards while it investigates;
  • (b) you repay any reward already paid on an affected referral within 15 days of RREV's request, and RREV may deduct it from other rewards;
  • (c) RREV may end this Agreement immediately, and the after-termination rewards in 15.4 don't apply;
  • (d) you cover RREV's reasonable costs of investigating and recovering, including legal fees;
  • (e) RREV may report the matter to law enforcement, regulators or payment providers, and may review any affected order under its agreement with that purchaser.

8.3 Your duties. You must:

  • tell RREV promptly of any fraud you learn about;
  • keep records of how you promoted your link for two years, and share them with RREV for any investigation.

9. Rewards and payment

9.1 Amounts. Reward amounts are set per model in the Reward Schedule (Schedule C). RREV gives it to you on approval and shows it on your Basecamp page. The Reward Schedule is confidential.

9.2 Flat, and capped at the deposit. A reward is a flat amount per rig. Options, accessories and price changes don't change it. It is never more than the non-refundable deposit confirmed on that build.

9.3 Paid only after the deposit. RREV pays a reward only after the purchaser's initial non-refundable deposit is received, cleared and confirmed. Nothing is paid or advanced for:

  • a link opening;
  • a configuration;
  • a build submission;
  • a quote;
  • a refundable pre-order deposit.

9.4 Paid within 30 days, by wire only. RREV pays each earned reward within 30 days of Deposit Confirmation, by wire transfer only, to a bank account in the Basecamp's own legal name (the person or business named in your application).

  • RREV never pays by cash, check, card, gift card or to a third party's account.
  • You give your wire details through the secure process RREV provides, never by plain email. RREV confirms them with you by phone before the first payment and again whenever they change. RREV isn't responsible for a wire sent to details you gave.
  • If your tax or payment details are missing, the 30 days start once RREV receives and verifies them.
  • A reward left unclaimed for 12 months after RREV's notice is forfeited, where the law allows.

9.5 Rate on the confirmation date. The rate is the one in the Reward Schedule on the date of Deposit Confirmation. RREV may change the Reward Schedule with 30 days' notice, or straight away where the law requires. A change never reduces a reward already earned.

9.6 Reversals. The deposit is non-refundable. RREV may reverse an unpaid reward, or recover a paid one, only if:

  • (a) the deposit payment is reversed or charged back;
  • (b) the referral or the deposit involved fraud;
  • (c) RREV itself cancels the build and returns the deposit;
  • (d) a court, regulator or mandatory law requires the deposit to be refunded.

A purchaser who walks away and forfeits the deposit never reverses a reward.

9.7 Holds and deductions.

  • RREV may hold a payment while it looks into suspected fraud or a breach. It records a documented reason and tells you.
  • RREV won't hold an earned reward arbitrarily.
  • RREV may deduct anything you owe it under this Agreement from your rewards.

9.8 Nothing else is owed. No other payment, fee or expense is owed unless RREV agrees in writing.

9.9 Taxes and Form 1099. Before the first payment you provide an IRS Form W-9 (a Canadian Basecamp provides Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E instead) through a secure process. The name and taxpayer number on it must match your legal name and the bank account.

  • RREV reports rewards paid to US Basecamps on Form 1099 (normally 1099-NEC) and applies any withholding the law requires.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and costs.

10. Promoting your link

10.1 Follow the law. You follow all advertising, privacy, email, text and call laws. These include the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465), CAN-SPAM and the TCPA.

10.2 Always disclose. Always say clearly that you may be paid, next to your link or recommendation, in the same medium. That means on screen or spoken in video, and in the post itself. A note only in your profile or bio is not enough. Approved wording:

"I may receive compensation from RREV if you purchase through my link."

10.3 Your honest opinion. Share your genuine opinion. RREV never requires positive reviews.

10.4 Nothing false. Never post fake reviews, false or misleading claims, or unsupported safety or performance statements.

10.5 RREV may review. RREV may review your content. You fix or remove anything RREV flags within 48 hours. RREV may pause your link until it is fixed.

11. Your Basecamp page and confidentiality

11.1 What the page shows:

  • your link;
  • link openings;
  • credited rigs by model and status, with each purchaser shown only as a reference code;
  • your rewards: earned, pending and paid;
  • the Reward Schedule;
  • your public listing;
  • up to 10 team members.

11.2 What it never shows: a purchaser's name, contact details, address, agreement, deposit or price.

11.3 Use it only for the program. Use page information only for the program. Never try to identify purchasers from it, and never sell, export, scrape or share it.

11.4 Your team. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for your team members.

11.5 Keep it confidential. Keep the Reward Schedule, your page data and RREV's non-public information confidential during this Agreement and for three years after it ends.

11.6 Privacy notice. RREV's privacy notice covers referral tracking.

12. Public listing and showing your rig

12.1 The public listing is optional. You can turn it on or off on your Basecamp page. It may show:

  • your name and general location;
  • your website;
  • whether you have an RREV rig people can see.

12.2 Your own rig. A rig you own is bought under RREV's standard purchase terms. It earns no reward and is never required. Showing it is informational: you do not offer rigs for sale or take orders.

12.3 Your rig, your arrangement. Showing your rig is up to you. Anything you do with it, including letting a prospective purchaser tour, drive or tow it, is your own arrangement, at your own risk and under your own insurance. It isn't an RREV test drive or demonstration, and you must not present it as one.

12.4 Insurance and safety. If you show a rig or host events, you keep general liability insurance of at least [$1,000,000] per occurrence and give RREV proof on request. You are responsible for safety at your premises and events.

12.5 Listing changes. RREV may remove or correct any listing.

13. RREV's brand

13.1 Limited permission. RREV gives you limited, revocable permission to use approved RREV names, logos, photos and materials, only to promote your link and only as RREV's brand guidance allows. RREV owns them and the goodwill they carry.

13.2 Brand restrictions. You must not:

  • register or use domains, handles, business names or ad accounts containing RREV's names;
  • bid on "RREV", "Roam Resilient", RREV model names or misspellings of them in paid search or social ads.

13.3 When this Agreement ends, stop using RREV's brand, except for truthful statements about your own experience.

14. Independent relationship

You run your own business and decide your own methods and schedule. Neither party may bind the other. If any part of this relationship can't lawfully continue as described, that part stops, and no reward accrues for it, until RREV puts a lawful arrangement in place.

15. Term and ending

15.1 RREV may end it at any time. This Agreement is not permanent. RREV may end it at any time, for any reason or no reason, by email or a notice on your Basecamp page. It ends when the notice is sent unless the notice says otherwise. RREV may also change, pause or end the whole program at any time. You may end it at any time by email to rr@roamresilient.com.

15.2 No notice needed. RREV doesn't need to give a reason or advance notice. Without limiting 15.1, RREV will usually end it straight away for:

  • fraud or unlawful conduct;
  • misuse of information;
  • a material breach;
  • conduct that harms RREV's reputation;
  • a legal or regulatory concern.

RREV may pause your Basecamp, or the program anywhere, at any time.

15.3 While paused. Your link still opens rrev.shop, but new visits aren't credited.

15.4 Rewards after the end. A build credited to you and submitted before the end still earns its reward if its deposit is confirmed within 90 days and all conditions are met. This doesn't apply if RREV ended the Agreement under 15.2.

15.5 What continues. Sections 8, 9.6, 9.7, 9.9, 11, 13.3, 16, 17 and 18 continue after the end.

16. Questions and disputes about credit or payment

16.1 How to ask. Write to rr@roamresilient.com, or use your Basecamp page once it has a dispute option, within 60 days of the decision you're questioning.

16.2 RREV's response. RREV acknowledges within 10 business days, aims to resolve within 30 days, and explains its reasons. Purchaser confidentiality is protected throughout.

16.3 Do this first. This step must come before any claim under Section 18.

17. Liability

17.1 You cover RREV. You will defend and indemnify RREV, its officers and employees against claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your breach;
  • your promotional activity or statements;
  • your rig, events or premises;
  • fraud under Section 8.

This doesn't apply to the extent RREV's own wrongful conduct caused the loss.

17.2 RREV's own conduct. RREV is responsible for its own conduct and for its products under its agreements with purchasers.

17.3 RREV's limit. RREV's total liability to you is limited to rewards earned and unpaid. Neither party is liable for lost profits or indirect losses. These limits don't apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, your indemnity, or anything the law doesn't allow to be limited.

18. General

18.1 Governing law and disputes. California law governs this Agreement. [Counsel to choose one:]

  • binding individual arbitration in [county], California, with no class actions;
  • the courts of [county], California.

Claims must be brought within one year, where the law allows.

18.2 Notices. RREV sends notices to your email or your Basecamp page. Legal notices to RREV go to rr@roamresilient.com and [registered address].

18.3 Changes. RREV may update this Agreement with 30 days' notice. Staying in the program after that means you accept the update. No update removes a reward already earned.

18.4 Assignment. You may not transfer this Agreement or your account without RREV's written consent. RREV may assign it to an affiliate or successor.

18.5 Order of precedence. If documents conflict:

  1. this Agreement;
  2. Schedule A;
  3. Schedule C;
  4. RREV's program pages.

18.6 Other terms:

  • This Agreement and its Schedules are the whole agreement.
  • An unenforceable part is limited, and the rest still applies.
  • There are no third-party beneficiaries.
  • A waiver counts only if it is in writing.
  • Electronic acceptance is binding.
