## How ordering works
- Configure the rig online (sign in or create an account first), review the price with every option, accept the purchase agreement and submit.
- Milestone 1: non-refundable reservation deposit within 48 hours (amount per rig above).
- Milestone 2: 50% of the order total, 30 days after the order. Materials and the build start; progress and shop photos appear on the build page.
- Milestone 3: final balance, 45 days before release. Release (pickup or shipment) comes at the end of the lead time, counted from the order.
- Before handover every rig goes through a delivery QC checklist (systems measured and passed), signed with the owner.

## Owning an RREV
- Remote Access + Spotty: RREV OS remote control from the app away from the rig, plus Spotty’s owner extras (build and rig insights, remote control through Spotty). Included for the first year after delivery, then $199 per year, renewed only when the owner chooses. Free without the plan: Local control, safety and security updates, and Spotty’s safety help, manual answers and ticket filing.
- Warranty: 15 years on the RREV-fabricated chassis; 2 years on body and craftsmanship; third-party components carry their makers’ warranties.
- The owner portal holds the build page, invoices, manuals, tickets, service and warranty claims, and a parts store.

Each RREV Expedition Trailer & Vehicle is meticulously handcrafted and sold exclusively through our facility in Northern California. The current lead time from order to completion is 9-10 months (Baja Edition), 9-10 months (Baja (Bunk Edition)), 9-10 months (Titan Edition), 10-11 months (Titan (Bunk Edition)) and 9-10 months (Outland Edition), but it may vary at the time of your order. To reserve a production slot please add the model you wish to order in the shop or if you have any questions, please contact us via email at rr@roamresilient.com or via the RREV portal. The following contract T&Cs apply to all the orders.

1. Scope of Build & Product Selection
RREV agrees to manufacture the expedition vehicle or trailer according to the Product Selection List (the "Build Sheet") attached to this agreement or referenced in the official Quote via the Builder Portal.
- Specifications: The Build Sheet outlines the model, chassis, color palette (interior/exterior), electrical systems, and custom accessories chosen by the Customer.
- Technical Revisions: Minor engineering adjustments may be made by RREV during production to ensure structural integrity or safety without prior notice, provided they do not reduce the utility or value of the product.

2. Payment Schedule & Milestones
To maintain production flow, payments are required at the following trigger points:
- Milestone 1 (Reservation): An initial non-refundable deposit of $25,000 (Baja Edition), $25,000 (Baja (Bunk Edition)), $30,000 (Titan Edition), $35,000 (Titan (Bunk Edition)), $20,000 (Outland Edition), $150,000 (EXP Series) and $100,000 (HD Series) within 48 hours of placing the order. Certain drivetrain or configuration upgrades (e.g. a 6x6 drivetrain) increase the reservation deposit; the exact amount for your build is itemized in your payment summary and Build Sheet. If you are pre-ordering a model with a refundable deposit (as advertised) it will be credited towards the initial non-refundable deposit when the production slot is assigned. You agree to pay the difference towards the initial deposit within 48 hours of notification.
- Deposit — Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: The Milestone 1 reservation deposit is strictly non-refundable. It cannot be transferred to a different RREV model, applied to a third party, assigned, sold, gifted, or used as credit toward any purchase other than the original build it was paid against.
- Deposit — Abandonment & Forfeiture: If the Milestone 1 deposit has been paid and a subsequent Milestone 2 or Milestone 3 invoice is not paid by its due date, the order is considered in default. The Customer has up to twelve (12) months from the date of the missed invoice to bring the order current. After twelve (12) months of inactivity or non-payment, the order is treated as abandoned and the deposit is fully forfeited — it can no longer be applied to this build, any future build, any other model, or any other RREV product or service.
- Abandoned Order — Other Payments & the Build: Once an order is abandoned, ownership of the build in progress stays with RREV and RREV may finish, modify or sell it to anyone. From any Milestone 2 or Milestone 3 payments already made, RREV keeps the costs it actually incurred because of the default (unrecoverable parts and labour, storage, resale costs and any loss on resale) and refunds the rest to the Customer within 60 days of the resale, or within 12 months of abandonment if the build is not resold by then. The non-refundable Milestone 1 deposit is not part of this calculation.
- Milestone 2 (Procurement | Production): Second deposit amounting to 50% of total order (total invoice) 30 days after the order.
- Milestone 3 (Finish | Completion): Final Balance payment 45 days prior to vehicle release or shipment.
- Second and final payment in the event of non-payment by the due date, RREV reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 3% of the sum remaining due. RREV will be authorized to suspend your order and or any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.

3. Timelines and Delays
- Estimated Delivery: Any dates provided are good-faith estimates. The estimated delivery date will be available on your RREV Account on the portal.
- Excusable Delays: RREV is not liable for delays caused by third-party component shortages (e.g., lithium batteries, heaters, chassis), shipping port backlogs, or labor disruptions.
- Production Pause: If a Customer fails to make a milestone payment within 10 business days of the invoice, RREV reserves the right to move the build to the end of the current production queue.

4. Change Orders & Additions
- Any request to alter the Product Selection List after the Production Start Date must be submitted in writing via order portal online in the comment section of the RREV Account and not via email.
- Approval: RREV reserves the right to deny changes that compromise the build schedule or engineering standards.
- Costs: Approved changes will be invoiced at the current price for parts plus a "Mid-Build Labor Rate" of $200/hour.

5. Component Warranties
- RREV Fabrication: RREV warrants its custom-fabricated chassis for a period of 15 years.
- RREV Craftsmanship: RREV warrants its custom-fabricated body, and basic craftsmanship for a period of 2 years (Not Applicable for full time living).
- Integrated Components: Third-party items (e.g., Dometic, Victron, REDARC, MaxxAir) are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty. RREV will provide the Customer with all necessary manuals and serial numbers to facilitate these claims.

6. Acceptance and Title
- Final Inspection: The Customer is encouraged to perform a final "Walkthrough" (in-person or via video) upon completion.
- Transfer of Title: Ownership and Title pass to the Customer only after RREV has received cleared funds for the total balance.
- Storage Fees: If the vehicle is not collected within 15 business days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification, a daily storage fee of $30 will apply.
- Abandoned Vehicle: If the vehicle has not been collected within 90 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification, RREV will send written notice by email and to the Customer’s address on file at least 30 days before acting. If the vehicle is still not collected, and no arrangement has been agreed in writing by the end of that notice period, the vehicle is treated as abandoned. RREV may then sell it or exercise any lien it holds under law, keep from the proceeds any unpaid balance, storage fees and the costs of the sale, and pay any remainder to the Customer. If title has not passed (section 6), the section 2 abandonment terms apply instead.

7. Miscellaneous Clauses
- Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Roam Resilient become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Roam Resilient in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
- RREV undertakes to do its best to supply performant goods and services in due time in accordance with the agreed lead times. RREV will do its best to match the equipment and appliances shown at the time of the order but there may be rare occasions when the supplier/equipment manufacturer may make some changes to their product. Sometimes manufacturers may also discontinue the product. RREV's intends to completely avoid such situations but sometimes it may be unavoidable.
- In order for it to be admissible, RREV must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively in the State of California and by United States law.
- The customer agrees to not share any critical information shared via the comments in the order/invoice/quotation sections. Customers must seek consent from RREV in order to share any information privately disclosed on this platform.

8. Authorization
- By submitting the online order and the Milestone 1 Deposit (non-refundable), the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Contract and the builder online Product Selection List.
- Effective Date (The "Fairness" Clause): Changes to these terms are not retroactive. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect on the date of your initial deposit/order confirmation shall govern your specific build. Any updates made after your order date will only apply to new orders or subsequent Change Orders, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

9. Rig Data & Connected Systems
- What is shared: When your rig’s connected systems (RREV OS, battery, solar and inverter monitoring, tank levels, climate, fault codes and similar) are online, they send system status and diagnostic data to RREV.
- Location: Location is shared only when you turn it on in RREV OS or the RREV OS app, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Why RREV uses it: To support you and troubleshoot remotely, to diagnose and process warranty claims, to send safety and recall notices, and to improve RREV products.
- Never sold: RREV does not sell this data or share it with third parties for marketing. Service providers who help RREV run these systems may process it on RREV’s behalf only.
- Anonymised use: RREV may use aggregated, anonymised data that never identifies you or your rig to improve designs and components.
- Your control: You can turn off non-essential data sharing at any time in the RREV OS app or by contacting RREV. Turning it off may limit remote support and some warranty diagnostics.
- Transfer of the rig: If you sell or transfer the rig, tell RREV so the connection to your account can be removed.

10. RREV OS, Software Updates & Connectivity
- RREV OS: RREV OS is the software that runs your rig’s energy, suspension, awning, lighting and connected systems, together with the RREV OS app for web, Android and iOS. The software is licensed, not sold: RREV grants the rig’s owner a non-exclusive licence to use it with that rig for the life of the rig, and the licence passes with the rig when it is sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell RREV OS except as the law allows.
- Over-the-air updates: RREV may deliver updates to RREV OS and to the firmware of integrated components over the internet (“OTA updates”), to fix faults, improve security and safety, and add or improve features. Security and safety updates may install automatically; other updates ask for your approval first. Updates install only while the rig is parked; do not operate the suspension, awning or other powered systems while an update is installing.
- Internet connection: OTA updates and remote access need the rig to be connected to the internet, for example through Wi-Fi, your phone’s hotspot or a satellite or cellular service. Unless your Build Sheet includes one, the internet service is not supplied by RREV, and you are responsible for its availability and any data charges. RREV OS and local control through the app work without internet; only updates and remote features need a connection.
- Remote Access + Spotty: Remote control of RREV OS from the app away from the rig, plus Spotty’s owner extras (such as build and rig insights and remote control through Spotty), is included for the first year after delivery. After that it renews yearly, only when you choose to renew, at RREV’s published annual rate (currently $199 per year), which RREV reviews each January 1. RREV reminds you 90, 30 and 7 days before your plan ends and gives at least 30 days’ notice of any new rate before it applies to your renewal. Without the plan, local control, safety and security updates, and Spotty’s safety help, manual answers and ticket filing continue free.
- Spotty Voice: Spotty Voice (currently in beta) is available two ways. Lifetime is a one-time purchase (currently $1,200) that belongs to the rig. Monthly is a subscription at RREV’s published monthly rate (currently $39 a month) after a 14-day free trial; it renews each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time in the portal, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month already paid. You can move from Monthly to Lifetime at any time. Spotty’s smarter connected answers come with Remote Access + Spotty.
- Upgrades belong to the rig: Upgrades bought for a rig (for example Autoleveling, Weight Scale, Overland Sentinel, GPS, Digital Awning Control and Spotty Voice) are tied to that rig. They cannot be moved to another rig, exchanged, or refunded when the rig is sold, and they stay with the rig for its next owner. Subscriptions (Remote Access + Spotty and Spotty Voice Monthly) belong to you, not the rig, and end when you sell or transfer it; the new owner can start their own.
- Keeping current: We recommend installing updates promptly and connecting the rig to the internet regularly. If you decline, delay or cannot receive an update after RREV has notified you of it, RREV is not responsible for problems that update was released to fix.
- Changes to features: Updates may add, change or retire software features. RREV will not remove a feature listed in your Build Sheet without providing an equivalent feature or another fair remedy.
- Modifications: Changing RREV OS or installing software or firmware on RREV OS-controlled systems that RREV has not approved may stop those systems working safely. RREV may decline warranty coverage for damage caused by those changes; the rest of your warranty is unaffected.
- Removing access: You can remove anyone’s remote access to the rig at any time in the RREV OS app. If you are a survivor of domestic violence or abuse, or need someone else’s access removed urgently, email rr@roamresilient.com; RREV will act within two business days, as California law requires.
- Third-party components: Integrated components (such as the inverter, charger and battery management) keep their own manufacturers’ warranties and terms. RREV may install their manufacturers’ firmware updates through RREV OS.
